God Is Good! All The Time!

In 1995 the Holy Father emphasized repeatedly the importance of young people and ministry with them. His words at World Youth Day that year called the Church to become the "traveling companion of young people." Youth Ministry at SS. Peter & Paul is striving to be that companion to the teens of our parish and surrounding communities.

Youth Ministry is an invitation to teens to explore their faith within the world around them. Youth Ministry seeks to help teens develop a positive self image, a concern for others, and an integration of Catholic values into their everyday lives.

Youth Ministry Large Group Gatherings and Small Faith Communities meet beginning in late September through early May, while several Social Events, Retreats, Social Justice and Service Projects, and an annual Mission Trip occur at different times throughout the year. Registration is recommended.

Check out the Lifesavers on the right for information and upcoming events! (Under forms)

Large Group Gatherings

Youth Ministry meets in Large Group Gatherings twice a month, on Sunday evenings, from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM in the Multipurpose Room.

Small Faith Communities

Youth Ministry meets in Small Faith Communities in other teens' homes at least twice a month, typically on Sunday evenings, depending on the Small Faith Community option you choose at the beginning of the year.

Social Events

Youth Ministry participates in all kinds of fun activities and Social Events outside of the parish throughout the year.

Retreats

Retreats
let you spend some time away from your everyday life and take time, instead, for some rest and relaxation to improve your relationship with the one you call God.

Social Justice and Service Projects

Youth Ministry strives to reach out to our community and beyond through several Social Justice and Service Projects throughout the year.

Mission Trip

Youth Ministry is planning a Mission Trip to Great Falls, Montana with a Catholic organization called Young Neighbors In Action.
